Katie is a British opera director and theatre-maker, working regularly with companies such as Opera North, Longborough Festival Opera, and Oxford Opera. Having previously trained as an opera singer, Katie now predominantly works as a director, associate/assistant director, and producer.

She graduated with a Masters from Trinity Laban Conservatoire in 2021, having previously graduated from Cardiff University with a B.A. in Music and History, where she was the recipient of the Sir Geraint Evans Award for Outstanding Vocal Performance. Upon graduating, Katie was mentored by Noa Naamat as part of the Jette Parker Young Artist Scheme with the Royal Opera House.
